25 mil private placement closed 1/19/2023. 13,888,889 shares @ $1.80. The warrants exercisable in 6 months.
The fact it’s private placement makes me think someone has almost 14 million reasons to want this stock price to go up.
Considering recent news that might not be to hard to do…. It has my interest for sure.
