The deal was designed to sell back intellectual property rights and equipment in exchange for the debt owed to the principals for salaries and expenses laid out over the past year. This will enable Good Vibrations Shoes to avoid incurring more debt.
Is someone using Carlin as a front to sell their shares??? Or were those shares put there just to turn around and cancel them??
FINRA had a lot of questions about the preferred A shares as well - the ones George is trying to cancel.
As I said before - getting to PINK market might not be as big a hurdle as getting past FINRA when the time comes for any corporate actions. George still has a ways to go on this story.
Is the name still going to be changed to American Blockchain Inc?? The Nevada name has been reserved multiple times now but the OTC company profile removed the description where it was being renamed American Blockchain Inc.
