This is how it will happen. One of the defendants will settle. The settlement will be attached to an NDA ( non disclosure agreement). As they say, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Defendants will line up to settle ( with their NDA’s). One VERY important point….. the patents have held up in hearings as valid…… not superficial and vague…… NON OF THE DEFENDANTS HAVE FILED SUIT AGAINST EACH OTHER!!!!! Someone OWNS the patents….. perhaps it’s the company that has filed multiple suits…….
