Lol . That's close but I think it's because they were granted permits to transport there product down the highway ?? California has had a ban on transporting them for years .
After a long weekend of dd on kulr I've came to the conclusion that this stock is a no brainer. I'll bet we see $7 bucks before to long possibly after the 4 th quarter results are posted this company has nothing but good news going forward
