PLPL's OTC "News" still contains the PR of 11/8/22 that spoke of a 1:100 reverse split being a requirement of their reverse merger. That lil' detail was made public the stock took a nosedive. I still tend to think Tad knew the effect that news would have whereas Ken apparently did not. Ken seemd to think he could simply R/S his way onto the NYSE. I also tend to think Tad figured out Ken was a grandiose blow hard so maybe a R/S and audit requirement were easy ways to get rid of him. Who knows.
Anyway, even the hint of a R/S is like kryptonite to many investors.
