Thanks Robert - Very interesting video. I understand where he is coming from. However, what the king has set up - the king can take down. Laws like HERA were passed by Congress, signed by the President and now, unfortunately for us, ratified by the SC.

I think he makes some great arguments - and we need to be mindful on always on guard that they are a sort of 4th branch that has seemly little accountability. But, like he says, there are a lot of things that that Government is doing that weren't envisioned in 1789. A good example for me would be FAA rules and regulations. A very interesting area.
