THANK YOU, D4L. Amazing that anyone might think fighting the some of the largest companies in the world might come free. VPLM is heating up and if a slightly increasing share count were the big issue here, I'd say we are HOME FREE!
That being said, we had a GREAT week and I do believe there is more around the corner. What? Not certain, but I do have my guesses/speculation.
Still very curious aapl/t/VPLM all stipulate to dismiss actions against each other. All under a NDA... I find this interesting, as I don't think Emil would just throw in on aapl after all they have put us through.
huawei being added to the circus was quite curious. Just lately, nearly into a Markman hearing also involving samsung, huawei is transferred to Northern District of TX, last minute......? Strange, although I am not an attorney.
