I do not think that's what is happening hear the more exposure any penny stock with big potential gets, it is going to bounce a small amount the Crazier and harder to figure out without positive News and pressure. Retail? Have you been paying close attention to the trades yesterday? Tens of millions of shares have been dumped all day yesterday and the CEO has been asked by several people if theres a dilution but he refused to answer and never addressed the concern. What does that tell you?
