The company has refused to comment on why FINRA continues to reject the symbol and name change in spite of numerous emails, phone calls, and tweets to the company asking for explanation. This has been going on for over 2 years now. The icing on the cake is that the name and ticker don't even match. the ticker IBGR is short for "Illegal Burger Restaurant Group" which was one of the company's earlier incarnations. And it gets better: The company is refusing to explain why they never completed an audit that was promised a year ago.
