Thanks, I wasn't aware that you had the authority to state such things in a demeaning and ignominious way towards me.
Why can't this company fundraise, like they did earlier, with offerings and selling (dilution) of shares? 2022 was a not a good year to hold shares in this company. If you don't know, then read my posts about the SEC, the letter exchanges, acceleration denials and refusal from the SEC to register unregistered securities, and their inability to fundraise.
Also, there is this. As well as filings that had to be amended, which is not good, and many other things that may or may not have generated a material impact for shareholders.
