If Florida gets all the required signatures on the petitions to the supreme court, it won't be on the ballot in 2023, therefore the soonest it could be voted on would be Fall 2024 elections. Then it would likely take another 6 to 12 months to be implemented, even if some lawsuits didn't delay the implementation at that time. So mid- 2025 is the earliest Florida would be recreational. Which is the 2 to 3 years I stated previously.
