How exactly does a company dump shares? Youre saying that Higley/Widner are selling their shares at the historical lows but havent sold a share in the 5 years they have been here on runs up to .06? I dont think that is very logical. It will show up on the updated SS changes adding to the OS and RESTRICTED if you are correct. 62m shares issued in last couple weeks, due to the REG A, IMO.
