Maybe something to do with convertibles or restricted shares or series a or some wierd stock term I dont understand that could potentially put us over 2.2b somehow?
Afaik the Jefferson s1 was complete at 1.75b and were at 1.89 so 104 million from I assume convertibles and old employees.
Not sure why we would need almost 900m more space . Pretty sure you need an active s1 to sell shares anyways so maybe it's just for breathing room or maybe juan ignacio was really expensive. Lol.
Yeah, and Neil is doing a great job selling shares, meanwhile, us shareholders seem to be getting in up the rear. We all need to write Neil and tell him to stop giving the service away, and cut the spending, like not awarding themselves free shares for a shitty job done. They are like our government, spend the money before we even have it.
