Ok well that was totally unexpected and IMHO not a great sign for 2023. Will be looking for it in my mailbox. This shit will never get back to +.01 in 2023 with 700m more shares for Neil to dump after each PR. Sick of hearing the bullshit about building a business hasn't it been 10+ years for IGEN I believe ? Anyway just another gut punch for this piss poor investment.
The mystery to me is why Chan thought the 200 million he raised the shares in 2022 would be enough. I think he was blindsided by no counties wanting their product outside of NY. And even those orders seem to be being 'lost'. In the Oct Form 7 Installation of Medallion GPS units completed for first group of Counties in New York State expect an additional 350-400 commercial assets to be deployed in Q4
Yet no update in Nov or Dec saying those 350 to 400 assets were deployed in NY.
My biggest fear is that the 700 million new shares email went out because they heard that they did not get the consulting contract. But I'm leaning toward believing they would want those 700 million shares available whether or not they got the consulting gig. I think that because I think that contract is worth $150 to $250k at most.
