Looks spot on to me!

These guys could create a new standard with a slick, upscale microbrewery in the heart of many towns. With their economy of scale, discounted equipment manufacturing and huge profit margins, no reason they couldn't establish a nationwide franchise for their beer-loving clientele.

It would be a first-to-market for a microbrewery if they went upscale. Or perhaps they would just put them in an upscale hotel chain, drawing more business to the hotel.

Anyone can Google "profit margins for microbreweries" to see why a large hospitality company would be very incentivized to put this kind of deal together.

Huge investors that typically invest in a large number of franchises for a new restaurant concept would certainly be intrigued by the potential profits of a microbrewery instead. It's not like the microbrewery business is unproven; on the contrary, it's well proven!
