The sell on news crowd is at it again. Someone inside knew about this merger announcement coming and let longs buy it higher on lower volume, waiting for the news to drop to sell into the volume. Same sh*t, different day, here again. This ticker doesn't like great news I guess. This should rebound this afternoon and see a solid close above or near the high of day. IMO.
