This whole thing is stupid, never seen anything like it. First they were saying they didn’t want Carnes to be in the picture, so Morris is now CEO of APSI, now it’s the potential offering. It’s all BS and manipulation, if the SEC should ever provide some oversight, APSI would be a good place to start.
