Last time I saw something like this had shareholders buying and holding stock for the dividend. The dividend finally came after months of mistakes getting it issued. Then the public trading vehicle never not got going so there was no market for the shares

The parent share price eventually cratered, with shares recently at $0.0001. Today, no market exists as they are in BK
