#61020 RE: farml1234 #61008

I see/hear there was an issue with the batteries. Imagine that. As of Oct 2022, iguide does not have a battery selected. I pointed this out in PMPG for their smart road turtles and PRDL. iguide has a MUCH (far better) chance of being successful in this business than the other 2 mentioned. The issue is the efficiency of the photo cell to charge the battery. PMPG / PRDL is a pipe dream thinking they will use these turtles as communication devices to vehicles because a battery technology presently DOES NOT EXIST that can store enough energy for 24/7 operation if it’s also powering radio transceiver to communicate with vehicles.

What I like about this so far is they are only powering 3 or 6 LEDs only during the night.

Not a bad concept. He stated 5 engineers working on their design.

They have no plans to be the installing contractors, nor will they be manufacturing, which will be done in Bloomfield, Colorado. This vendor is fairly easy to identify…

I was surprised to hear that iguide will buy the installation vehicle and rent it out to the installation contractor. OMG WHY DO THAT ???

Interesting concept. I am glad I watched the presentation and feel like I wasn’t outright lied to.

I was a little surprised that Studebaker pretty much omitted his CBD oil company. That looked pretty bad like he was hiding it from his potential investors. They certainly will find out as he made only minor references to his CBD company. It’s a bad look, in my opinion.

Refreshing presentation

This enterprise has possibilities, in my opinion

Now as for WDLF having “about 50 employees” not likely, it even close according to their filings.

Through Sept 30, 2022. From 10Q
sales and marketing $ 1,850
G&A. $ 54,124

Through Sept 30, 2021. From 10Q
sales and marketing. $ 2612
G&A. $. 86,661

Hardly representative of more than 1, 2, or 3 employees.

CERTAINLY NOT anywhere near 50, nor 10 for that matter

In my humble opinion
