The rise is literally only due to getting their Twitter account back so they can continue to pump and dump the stock.
Ira is another hired gun, as in a guy that uses his name to pump up a stock in exchange for free shares at the bottom. It is literally a repeat of what they did a few years ago with those ridiculous $500 million in pro forma revenue projections from his "team" of industry experts. Collier uses hired guns to personally shield himself from lawsuits, but at some point somebody is going to file a lawsuit for securities fraud because at some point forward looking statements and incompetence cannot protect you from knowingly deceiving investors.
What is worse is there are idiots believing that in this market Collier is going to raise money and list this crap on NASDAQ at a $50 million valuation given he got the assets in a better market and before failing miserably for only $4.5 million. Not only that but all of the clinical trials are gone, and Ira has never done anything in medical devices and there are no reimbursement because the clinical trials required for it were never conducted. Alan just needs a way out of all that debt he has on the company.
