One final post - the first version has not been delivered because (assuming here) Titan can't pay for it. And Version#2 is a freakin PIPE DREAM.

So their patents and the fact that another $10M for updates plus prolly $90M+ to commercialize it goes for a $2.50 PPS buyout? ok then
