Ballas refuses to do a name change and/or an R/S because those 16 billion GPL shares he somehow acquired would be worthless. Same reason why he doesn't sue GPL because he would be shooting himself in the foot as he took ownership of those UBQU shares even though on the books those 16 billion shares are attributed to GPL.
He doesn't have the same phantom shares of GDET or IMTL hence why you don't see him diluting GDET/IMTL to oblivion. It's just UBQU. UBQU is his cash cow...but only if the shareholders bite the carrot he is dangling.
