Not sure I understand your question.

But, do you believe that there are powers at play here that would benefit from keeping the VPLM PPS low, powers that are utilizing their VP holdings/long positions (whatever you want to say) to manipulate the PPS lower, powers that don't want to see VP succeed that would benefit from a weakened VPLM? I do believe that, and I think that's one reason why we could be seeing what seems to be a depressed PPS on such tremendous news.

We'll break through that BS eventually, it's coming!
