Exactly. Fully agree this is behind on their desire to merge because of current MJ market overall conditions. Should stabilize (I hope) sometime this year and we will more than likely proceed with the plan that's been in place for years. Being late doesn't mean any plans have changed concerning possible merger, just means adjustments were necessary. Good example is finally entering NM years later than expected. Long and strong.
