This is technically correct as the court may do what it pleases, but "on the spot" is unlikely....
However (per some of the comments I've read tonight), I believe that waiting weeks for a decision is FAR more unlikely.
One thing I do believe is this... Mr Sharp, will have his way with his old friend Calasse.
I am married to the legal profession (literally) and that has certainly been an "ace in the hole" for me where WNFT and/or this case has been concerned.
My opinions by proxy of the legal professionals I rely on could be wrong, but I seriously doubt it.
