The Parent PBHG has ZERO dilution over THREE Years since 12/31/2019 at least because its OS has been the FIXED And SAME --- 4.595B shares! The AS has been the FIXED And SAME (5B shares) since 01/28/2020! The company never issued any news or updating event after 07/23/2021 --- see the link below! How could a stock be a "scam" without any press nor any updating event?
