There is no information relating to this old dead company that is under NDA. Companies who looked under the hood signed an NDA to see materials. All bids were then required to be made public, as was the actual transaction that was consummated.

And those NDAs. So far I have only heard about NDAs from desperate shareholders.

Peeps should go and learn how and what NDAs are used for. They are never used to hide a transaction or sale of a company from its shareholders, the public or anyone else.
Can you imagine having your shares purchased buy a company buy how much they are paying you, when the deal took place and when you will be paid are hidden for years by an NDA and you have no idea when it will be lifted lol!!
