Once the litigation process starts for civil procedures it can go on indefinitely.

I followed one that took 6 years and the 2 defendants both were banned for 5 years from being involved in securities.

Deitsch hasn't won anything of value in the Motions he has filed.

Why don't you post all of the good news from the SEC complaint.

Obviously, I have followed many more OTC scams than you - and I know how this story ends.
