Share price doesn’t matter if they merge into a SPAC. Share structure matters.

I think and always have the most likely outcome here is a merger / RM. Meanwhile we are growing even in a very difficult environment while many go bankrupt or are swallowed up. If this was all clear as day and the people in charge told us everything then we sure wouldn’t be picking shares up at pennies on the dollar. If it were a known fact a merger was imminent we would could easily be $5 to $10 per share. I’m very thankful for this price. GLTA Longs. The lack of management interest in the stock price is very telling in my opinion. Patience and shares are all you need here imho. The fact management just received millions of shares is surely a good sign.

There is no hand to weaken all companies being talked about for business combo all have the same investors share price doesn’t matter. They can do a private placement sell 5 million shares at $10 apiece and raise $50 million and not have to touch the share structure and raise the authorize share account.
