NBRV: They have less than 3 million shares, Yahoo book value of over$8, and "some" annual steady small revenue...........why did they fail to dilute or lure a reverse merger first..is there a cash out beneficial situation with insiders or institutions owning less than 3%? Can't believe it is not just a temperamental move of "tired" management.
