I suggest - just for a moment of thought

The our problem is not as much FHFA as it is UST - be it Paulson or the BO NWS

AND then years of TREASURY not doing anything positive

best I recall - TREASURY - run by a SECRETARY reporting to POTUS is one of three branches and not some administrator

If any Sec of Treasury wants - they can move us 10 steps forward with POTUS approval and with no need to get any approval or anything from FHFA (which I assume you consider a fourth branch - agencies)
