.....original BK petition indicated 1,100+ common stockholders and we know Highlander Capital held 16.5mm shares (sold to Guy), Guy himself claimed 1.8mm shares, the ESOP had about 1.2mm.....there were the 3-4 boutique investment companies who each had from 300K to 1.2mm (you captured a couple I/P)...............can't say how many shares I have but a millie+ would be close............

......point being, I/P..............super high concentration of shares, 6 of us control over 25mm of the 29.6mm total shares, listed...................sure, there are missing shares, deceased shareholders, "abandoned" shares...............but the existing shareholders don't absorb the lost or missing shares........................there is a SEC rule of law on 'abandoned' securities.....

.......the paying agent will have no trouble at all clicking the mouse and completing the payout process.................compared to other complicated securities situations, this is a no-brainer............imo..................click, mother-f/---ing--------click......................
