Like I said, Purposely MISREADING the PR to cause doubt......this is how I interpreted it also......0012 was the Common Stock Price on Dec 26th....that is the truth.....but it does not mean common shares will be used. HECK THEY DONT EVEN HAVE 125 MIL A/S!!! WHY WOULD THEY LEAVE THIS OUT?
