I guess I’m reading too deeply between the línes to wonder why they would let their compliance slide unless they felt like something is or was going to change with their company by now? Furthermore they scheduled the shareholder meeting another 5 months out from now. Why wouldn’t they have it way sooner?

Again maybe Im just messing with a puzzle piece that got dropped on this forum but doesn’t relate to us at all.
