The financial institution's located on Wall Street, and else where,that were given the only license in the world, by each governments to legally rip off and steal from the general public, and gets renewed every year by the SEC, they like to BS the investing public, by calling it making a market, oh sure it's making a market alright, but it's just for them and no one else.
