Good. I think SCOTUS finally admitted in Collins that the Shareholders have "certain Constitutional rights". That is why we are here....forever....chasing Constitutional rights.....putting our money where our mouths are....i feel better already. Do shareholders yet have standing to sue for their Constitutional Rights or are we in danger of another dismissal of those?
You seem to be mistaking me with someone who agrees with what's happened. Sadly, that document seems only to be a guideline for our buddies in elected office. I seem to recall an even older one that said simply "Thou Shalt Not Steal". Look where that got us.
