Of Death and Taxes...

Add to the fact that taxes (those that are generated under section 280(e) are considered personal as they attach....they follow the officers of a company until satisfied. At what point is or does the govt call nonpayment evasion? The arrogance some of these entrepreneurs have exhibited will likely vanish shortly as will they. Change is a coming (although Winter in lieu of simple change seems appropriately dramatic) I don't follow many people, but I read everything that I can find while I'm here. This was one such nugget from one of my favorite calls them as he sees them, and he's not terribly impressed like some analysts, managers, or rag writers that gush of individual wrapped candies, unicorns, and fairy dust:
