This co is projecting to do $40 million this year and current pps is truly super bargain

In her PR's surrounding those deals, she seemed to imply that she had to act quickly, hastily. (my interpretation.) I think personally there is a lot of truth in your post, especially about acting to secure her current contracts, the new building, to protect what she already had. All my opinion, I have no inside track. I've never spoken to her, except through public Twitter. I wasn't happy about the common share dilution. I'm optimistic about it's impact, and about her further separating herself from the past, as much as is possible. Resp QT.
