It's hard to speculate accurately on how VP will play out, so many different plays and players.
I would hope that VP, coming this far, would at least move past discovery/expert testimony before accepting any deal. I would really like to see an updated damages based on that testimony, one that Albright accepts. I think that's where VP would gain the most leverage.
So, i hope nothing is done until then, but i would not mind being wrong if a good deal is reached. Either way, I hope Mr. Parrish is extremely busy right now.
