Reducing the AS by management is the biggest bullish sign that they aren't relying on shares to keep operations going. And that revenues, acquisitions, a stakeholder of some sort, or a combination of any of them is going to be used going forward.

At one point that notion seemed insane to me - but is it? A $35 million cap? There are OTC stocks out there, I'm sure, many, with that cap and higher.
