Correct, but ultimatley I find it very very good that they acknowledge price will remain volatile in OTC and they have a plan to make sure they are well received in the marketplace. Too me, that's one of the best take aways from the filing. They're not idiots and have been watching prices obvisouly. Plus like i said it benefits them as much as anyone to increase PPS. I'd rather give 5 shares for an acq vs 10. (if that's how it goes down...just thinking out loud)
