These new rules killed the OTC's biggest catalysts that have historically, made these stocks run up so big. Reverse mergers are one of those catalysts...they have dried up and will soon be no more. It's why people on the reverse merger boards are now talking sports. The SEC fundamentally changed the OTC forever with these changes. That is why no one is making money. At least the kind of money we used to. Feel protected yet? Big brother does'nt like it when the little guy (retail) succeeds. RIP OTC.
