My point is, the reverse split was suppose to get us on the NASDAQ exchange, which was not done. Maybe I read past announcements wrong, but I thought that was the reasoning to do this when it was voted on last year.

S-1 is a share offering. Do you really want more dilution? I do not!

I don't know what will happen. The S-1 will probably be approved and result in more dilution, but uplist is separate. IMO, the NXPL investment negates the S-1 offering, but that is a guess and hope.
