DM, can you provide proof he makes 500K. I think that # is way off. Even if it were true, it does not square with your previous comment that he makes 10's of millions when he has been with the company since Sep 2013 and obviously he has email. Not sure why you feel compelled to make up stories. I guess people just like to make up stories to get attention. I hope you can find more constructive ways to use your time and wish you best of luck with your investment which sounds like you have done pretty well or you would not have left as kmack, come back as Demolition Man and stayed invested.

Demo, I’m no expert on the these matters, but I think you need to reach out to NioCorp board members with your complaints, as it is their responsibility to represent the company and our interests as investors. We investors, or sheep and clowns as you so fondly call fellow investors, possibly would herd in your direction if the board agrees with you. You might change their minds, but I believe it would be their job to do any firing and house cleaning.

I'm sure you could obtain emails for all BOD, and Mark's as well.
