Nader was never in it for commercialization, only the quick pump. All actions cited in the indictment prove that. He fought for benchmark option awards ( see Pestell option award and BLA option award). I also have it on good authority that Nader wanted to be paid on a % of funding, even though that was his job.

Pestell, as a BOD member, was keeping Nader from doing everything he ultimately accomplished after his removal., i.e., stock option awards, flawed trial designs for expediency (due to benchmark option awards), etc..

It is a real shame 13d were so disorganized. These guys were passive investors who wanted to remain passive, but like me and others, saw what Nader was doing and put their own time and money on the line to try and stop him. Kelly is as culpable as anyone by not interceding and negotiating a viable path forward, which would have required Nader’s removal. Always the best option. Shameful Shxt!
