"The deal will effectively give GXII institutional investors more than 50% of the company."

So in Sept 23rd 2022 when the deal was finalized, with our roughly 270million shares at $0.78 would give us a market value of $210m. At $0.8942 share valuation we got approximate $241m market cap recognition (14% increase). If the transaction goes through with no redemption we get $300m (less costs of $15m (that is the cost of doing business) = $285m. We were worth $210m before the deal and after the deal we will have $285m in cash, so why is a dilution of >50% surprising after all it is a business deal. No one is in the business of charity! What we have here is a Win Win solution. GXII needed a deal and so did we. Of course we could have got a better deal if there was one to be had at that time, but with the critical environment of security of supply, government focus on critical metals, available funding, etc. I submit we could not wait any longer for a POTENTIAL BETTER DEAL that may not happen and we just keep waiting and waiting, raise small amounts of PP and small progress till we go bankrupt. I have not seen anyone propose better ideas for funding or management, though lots of opinions. Certainly if you have connections for funding pass it on to NioCorp management (even if it is to Scott) for pursuing. It is definitely easy to say we have a problem here and there, however, if you want to be constructive then also have some proposals. MAYBE 2023 WILL BE CONSTRUCTIVE FOR US! Pun intended!

Your claim "I’m going to guess the majority of investors who are expressing frustration with management hold more shares than each of the members of management and board of directors besides Mark Smith" is doubtful.

To the contrary, I think the majority of large shareholders do not bash management which is why they have large holdings because they believe in Mgt and the enormous potential to earn substantial returns on their long term investment.
