funding for trials, RIGHT?

Where on call is this stated??

I heard this--The board and the management are fully committed to a culture of compliance from the top down and we're entirely committed to our mission which includes providing economic returns for our investors--hard to believe after seeing nodder paid for months after release AND skelly given bonus award before leaving. Where is the clawback for shareholders?? Isn't that return for our investors?? Are the only investors that count the Fife/Paulsons that get discount shares and free warrants?? What about schlepps that buy in the market??

I heard this--we found no evidence of data manipulation or falsification on any level. Yet there is ongoing arbitration and legal fees??

I heard this--significant developments occurring in early 23 including the submission of our complete response to the partial clinical hold for HIV . This was originally to be done 2022!!!

I heard this-- what we believe is really best viewed as an individually orchestrated effort for personal gain--we KNOW this is an out and out LIE. This was ONLY accomplished with majority board votes (3/5 ths) and accounting coverup thru manipulation (fraud)

I did NOT hear of ANY funding for ANY trial. Any RCT will require trial submission--trial approval--CRO--trial location/s

Cytodyn’s public disclosures acknowledged that the company was being investigated by the SEC and DOJ. So far this investigation into Cydy revealed the CEO engaged in criminal and fraudulent activity with an officer of Amerax. It has yet to be revealed if the investigations into Cydy will result in additional charges, fines or other co - conspirators such as Kelly and Mulholland being indicted. Clearly Nader was the mastermind, but if me and others could and did identify Naders malfeasance years ago, where was the corporate governance? It is my opinion Cydy will be at least assessed some type of fine for allowing Nader to run amok without BOD governance. Kelly working for Nader as a subordinate while being COB is a major conflict of interest. I have yet to be wrong and the record of others speaks for it self in the lack of accurate predictions.

They said the same thing regarding 2023 as they said about 2022 and the same as 2021.

Which employee is designing and running trials now?
Who has the trial experience? How is the scientist on staff?
