Calasse is not innocent of any of the scheme that happened back then, just a short 9 years ago. He may have cooked up the entire thing, knowing that O'Flynn, now named O’Donovan, was about to got to jail.

If Calasse was duped into any of this, an honest man would surely not be trying to get back that which was surely a huge pump and dump with his name all over it. And even after abandoning his duties after the SEC requested he follow up on a few details on an 8K, why would he not try to recover the ticker then??!!!

Yes, his name is on everything. Including the Nevada SOS Golden Glory files as being the President, secretary, treasurer and director. This was done on March 12, well after they set up the corporation, by agent David Johnson. And Calasse was not held at gunpoint for any of this, as some would suggest.


Why would Calasse agree to continue to be named if he wasn't fully involved from prior to the shares getting handed to him? Simple answer, he's a crook.

FYI, Golden Glory is the only corporation that Calasse is named as an officer. There's nothing stated on Nevada SOS GOFF files from back then. Perhaps he can reinstate the Golden Glory corp. and try again LOL

On February 22, 2013, Goff Corp formed a new Nevada business entity called Golden Glory Resources Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary to be used for future acquisition agreements. The entity was incorporated by David Johnson of Groot Drakenstein, South Africa with Warwick Calasse as the sole officer. This was obviously in anticipation of a change of control about to officially take place in just 4 days.
