Not telling anyone to do so, just pointing out the price disparity between the commons and preferreds as both classes usually perform and trade in tandem on any other stock that has both classes of stocks

Also if one looks at the post that I do with this daily data they will see the gap is closing between the two stock classes of $AMC and that parity is on the horizon

The question is which one will squeeze first with a proposal to convert $APE into $AMC at 1 to 1

$APE is a huge discount to the common shares known as $AMC if the vote is YES

My reporting this $AMC $APE Ortex Short Data has been pretty consistent about the the levels both are shorted at as well as the disparity between share classes only

This $AMC $APE data can be easily verified if a premium Ihub member by this link. I'm in both stocks and took a starter position in Jan 2021.
