The law doesn't state:

it can do "WHATEVER IS IN ITS BEST INTERESTS OR THAT OF THE PUBLIC"

as you claim, but

any action authorized by this section in its best interests.

Steal the profits isn't authorized because it depletes their capital and breaks its power: put FnF in a sound and solvent condition.
The SEC ought to investigate these social media influencers, like Robert, among others, all day with the court news and lying.

Some could say the NWS is really not in the best interst of the public... why ... because it keeps the twins as wards of the state....

Seems people should / could challenge what is or isn't in the best interest.

Also is the whole conservatorship in the best interst?? probably not... its been 15 years is it really in their best interst? probably not....
